Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products and their unique production process, we do not accept returns. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
- Faulty products
- Items damaged upon arrival
- Electronics
If your order qualifies for a return, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You have 14 business days to return the parcel.
Do you cover shipping costs for returns?
Return shipping costs to our central warehouse in the EU are the responsibility of the customer. We prioritize fair pricing and sustainability, ensuring transparency in our policies. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will guide you through the resolution process.
What happens if I used a coupon code or gift card for my purchase?
Coupon codes are non-refundable. However, if a gift card or store credit was used, the refunded amount will be returned to the same account upon approval of the return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Return processing time depends on the shipping method used. Once received at our warehouse, returns are typically processed within:
- 1-3 business days for EU orders
- 2-4 business days for UK orders
When can I expect my refund?
Refunds are processed the same day the return is approved. However, it may take 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team. Ensure that all items are securely packed, ideally in their original packaging. Customer Care will provide instructions on where to send the return and guide you through the process.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. This policy aligns with our commitment to sustainability, as exchanges generate additional shipping and packaging waste. We encourage reviewing your order carefully before purchase. If a return is necessary, a refund will be issued according to our policy.
