We hope you love your Zelyth products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, including all labels.
• Items must be returned in a resellable condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our shipping intermediary in Belgium. You may:

• Arrange your own return shipping, or
• Request a prepaid shipping label from us. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Store credit is available within 24 hours of approval; card refunds may take 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.
