What countries does Zelyth ship to?

Zelyth proudly ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

When will my order ship?

For EU countries, Zelyth processes and ships orders usually the first next business day after they are placed. For orders headed to the United Kingdom, shipping may take 2–4 business days. Please keep in mind that orders will not be processed on bank holidays. If you place your order the day before or on a bank holiday, your order will start processing the first next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your delivery journey.

What are the shipping fees?

All orders are subject to shipping costs, except for digital gift cards, which are delivered free of charge. This policy reflects our dedication to sustainability by reducing unnecessary shipments and CO2 emissions. Our shipping fees are calculated using a zone-based system to minimize environmental impact while balancing transport costs. Every order is shipped in eco-friendly packaging made from at least 90% recycled materials.

Zone A

  • Shipping Cost: €6.99 (or £6 for UK)
  • Free Shipping: On orders over €60.00 (or £60 for UK)
  • Countries Included: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom (England, Wales).

Zone B

  • Shipping Cost: €16.99 (or £15 for UK)
  • Reduced Shipping: €11.99 (or £11 for UK) on orders over €70.00 (or £70 for UK)
  • Countries Included: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom (Northern Ireland, Scotland).

For countries outside these zones, we are currently unable to ship directly. However, please contact us to explore possible options and rates tailored to your location.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location. For EU countries, delivery typically takes 1-4 business days, while for the UK, it ranges between 2-5 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays may slightly extend these timelines. We work diligently to process and ship orders promptly, ensuring they arrive as quickly as possible. Rest assured, all packages are tracked to provide you with updates every step of the way.

Eco-Friendly Shipping at Zelyth

We’re committed to sustainability, and that’s why we ensure 99% of our shipping materials are reusable. We use strong cardboard and paper strips to safeguard your order during its journey, ensuring it arrives safely even after a bumpy ride. We prioritize couriers who use electric vehicles, reducing our carbon footprint with each delivery.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, all orders must meet a minimum of €9 (or £9 for the UK). This policy reflects our commitment to sustainability, as it helps reduce the environmental impact of small, frequent shipments. By encouraging mindful purchasing, we aim to lower CO2 emissions and support a more eco-friendly approach to online shopping.

Which courier service do you use for shipping?

All Zelyth shipments within the EU are handled by Packeta in Slovakia. Depending on your location, Packeta will transfer your parcel to a partner carrier in your country for final delivery. For registration and tracking purposes, we collaborate with YTS Commerce in Belgium. If you receive a notification from YTS Commerce, it’s your Zelyth order on its way.

For our customers in the United Kingdom, all orders are shipped from Sheffield. Orders weighing up to 3kg are delivered via Yodel, while heavier orders (3kg or more) are shipped with DHL, DPD, or APC.

Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

At Zelyth, we’re committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, customs and border delays (for international orders), or service disruptions. Rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Are Customs, Duties Fees, and Taxes Included in the Shipping Costs?

For our customers within the European Union, all orders are VAT and customs-free. You can shop with confidence, knowing your package will arrive without unexpected import fees or delays.

For our customers in the United Kingdom, we now ship most orders from our warehouse in Sheffield, helping to reduce VAT and customs charges. However, customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are not included in our shipping costs. These are determined by UK customs and are outside of our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on any charges that may apply upon delivery.

While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth and timely delivery, any additional import costs are the responsibility of the customer.
