5. Pricing and VAT

Prices are listed in EUR and may include VAT where applicable. Orders within the EU are VAT-inclusive and customs-free. For orders shipped to the UK, items may ship from our warehouse in Sheffield. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days for unopened and unused products in original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping to Belgium or may request a return label (cost will be deducted from the refund). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after approval. Store credit is typically available within 24 hours.
