At Zelyth, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s our policy regarding cancellations of purchases:
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as your order may have already been processed or shipped.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@zelyth.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Refunds for Cancellations
If your cancellation is accepted within the allowed timeframe, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Exceptions
Customized or personalized products, as well as orders that have already been shipped, are not eligible for cancellation.
