Shipping Within the European Union
We ship orders within the European Union (EU) VAT- and customs-free. No additional import duties or taxes apply to EU deliveries. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped using trusted courier services. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping to the United Kingdom
Most UK orders now ship from our warehouse in Sheffield. This helps reduce VAT and customs costs for UK customers. However, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may still be charged by UK authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within the UK after dispatch.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping offers may apply during promotional periods or for orders over a certain amount. Please refer to the shipping options provided during checkout for the most accurate information.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your package is dispatched.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily serve customers within the EU and UK. For other international destinations, please contact us directly at info@zelyth.com to check availability and rates.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we work with reliable courier services, delays can occasionally occur due to customs or transit disruptions. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us so we can assist with tracking or arrange a replacement if necessary.
