These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of zelyth.com and the purchase of products from Zelyth. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use or purchase.
Zelyth is a brand operated by YTS Commerce, a business established in Belgium. These Terms are intended to provide clear rules for using our website and purchasing from us. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
About Zelyth
Zelyth is a brand operated by YTS Commerce.
Business: YTS Commerce
Brand: Zelyth
Registered office: Minister Delbekelaan 54, 2170 Merksem, Belgium
Enterprise number: 1013.642.278
Website: zelyth.com
Contact: [ZELYTH EMAIL TO BE ADDED]
The registered office is our official business address and is not a visiting or product returns address. Products must not be returned to this address unless we have expressly instructed you to do so.
Who may purchase from Zelyth
Zelyth sells to consumers and may also accept orders from businesses.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into the relevant purchase agreement or, where you act for a business or organisation, that you are authorised to act on its behalf.
Zelyth is not an adult-only website. However, certain products may require responsible handling or adult supervision. Product-specific instructions, warnings and safety information must always be followed.
Additional or separate terms may apply to dedicated business-to-business services, wholesale arrangements or individually negotiated commercial orders. Where such terms apply, they will be communicated separately.
Products and product information
We aim to describe and present our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Product pages may contain information about dimensions, materials, ingredients, composition, scent, colour, intended use, origin, care or other characteristics relevant to the product.
Images are intended to provide a faithful visual representation, but screens, lighting, photography and production differences can affect how colours, textures and other characteristics appear.
Product packaging, labels or presentation may occasionally be updated by a manufacturer or producer. Where such a change does not materially alter the product ordered, the appearance of the delivered packaging may therefore differ from imagery shown on the website.
Where information on the website conflicts with mandatory safety information, instructions or warnings supplied with a product, the product-specific safety information and applicable legal requirements must be followed.
Natural products and variations
Part of the Zelyth collection consists of products made from or incorporating natural materials. These may include crystals, stones, minerals, botanical materials, wood and other naturally variable materials.
Natural products are inherently individual. Colour, pattern, markings, texture, transparency, shape, dimensions and other visual characteristics may vary slightly from one piece to another. Small natural inclusions, irregularities or imperfections may also occur.
Product photography of these items should therefore be understood as a representative indication unless the product page expressly states that the exact photographed item is being purchased.
Natural variation is part of the character of certain products and does not in itself indicate non-conformity where the product otherwise corresponds to its description and the characteristics reasonably expected from it.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a delivered product is damaged, defective, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to the purchase agreement.
Prices, taxes and delivery charges
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices displayed to consumers on Zelyth are shown in euro (EUR) and include applicable value added tax.
Any applicable delivery charges are displayed during the shopping and checkout process before you place an order. Where the website requires your destination or delivery address to calculate the applicable delivery method or cost, the relevant charge will be shown once sufficient delivery information has been provided.
The total amount payable is shown before the order is submitted.
Prices, promotions and delivery rates may change from time to time. Such changes do not retrospectively alter the agreed price of an order that has already been validly concluded, except where the law provides otherwise or where an obvious pricing or technical error is involved as described below.
Pricing and technical errors
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices and other commercial information displayed on Zelyth are accurate. Nevertheless, obvious pricing, calculation, typographical or technical errors can occur.
Where a price or other essential element is manifestly incorrect and it would reasonably be apparent that an error has occurred, we may contact you before fulfilling the affected order.
Where legally permitted, we may offer you the opportunity to confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel the affected order. If the order is cancelled after payment has already been collected, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded using an appropriate payment method.
We will not unilaterally charge an additional amount to your payment method merely because a pricing error has been discovered. If payment of a corrected price is required, you will first be given the opportunity to agree to the corrected purchase.
This provision does not permit Zelyth to retrospectively change a correctly stated and agreed price.
Placing an order
Products placed in your shopping cart are not reserved merely by being added to the cart.
Before submitting your order, you are responsible for reviewing the products, quantities, delivery information and other information entered during checkout.
Submitting an order creates an obligation to pay where this is clearly indicated during checkout. You will receive an electronic acknowledgement or confirmation after submitting your order.
An automatically generated acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not prevent us from carrying out reasonable checks relating to payment, product availability, fraud, delivery feasibility or an obvious technical or pricing error before the order is accepted for fulfilment.
Where we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will inform you and, where payment has already been collected for the affected order or item, arrange an appropriate refund.
Product availability
Product availability may change and is not guaranteed until an order can be fulfilled.
Because parts of our collection are fulfilled through external logistics and supply infrastructure, an item may exceptionally become unavailable after an order has been submitted, including where stock information has not yet been synchronised.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an appropriate solution where available or cancel and refund the unavailable item.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Payment
Consumer orders must be paid in full using one of the payment methods made available during checkout.
Payments are processed through the payment infrastructure made available through WooPayments and its applicable payment partners. The exact payment methods available may depend on your country, device, order and the methods enabled at the time of checkout.
Your order may be subject to payment authorisation, verification and fraud-prevention checks performed by the relevant payment service provider.
Where a payment is declined or cannot be completed, we are not required to fulfil the order until valid payment has been received.
Separate payment conditions may apply to future business-to-business, wholesale or individually negotiated commercial arrangements. Where applicable, those conditions will be communicated before the relevant business order is concluded.
Order cancellation before fulfilment
If you wish to cancel or change an order before it has entered fulfilment, you must contact Zelyth as soon as possible through an official contact channel made available on our website.
We will make reasonable efforts to process the request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered preparation, fulfilment or dispatch.
Messages sent through unofficial channels, social media comments or other channels that are not designated for customer service may not constitute a valid or timely cancellation request.
This voluntary pre-fulfilment cancellation procedure is separate from any statutory right of withdrawal you may have as a consumer following a distance purchase.
Delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched using external fulfilment and logistics infrastructure within the European Union. Delivery is subsequently performed by the carrier applicable to the destination and shipment.
Carriers may include GLS, DPD, Packeta or another appropriate logistics provider where necessary. The carrier used for a particular shipment may vary.
The available delivery countries, delivery methods, estimated delivery periods and applicable charges are shown on the website or during checkout where relevant. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more detailed information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery periods displayed by Zelyth are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment times. Carrier operations, peak periods, local circumstances and events outside our reasonable control can affect the actual delivery date.
This does not limit statutory rights that apply where goods are not delivered within an agreed or legally applicable period.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for checking the delivery information before submitting your order.
Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may, where legally permitted and reasonably attributable to that error, be charged to the customer before a new delivery attempt is arranged.
Delivery and transfer of risk
For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage remains with the seller until the goods are delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, subject to the rules applicable under mandatory consumer law.
If a parcel appears damaged when delivered, we recommend documenting the condition of the parcel and contacting Zelyth promptly so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
A recommendation to report transport damage promptly does not remove or shorten any mandatory legal rights you may have.
Product safety and responsible use
Products must be used only in accordance with their intended purpose and any instructions, labels, warnings or safety information supplied with the product or displayed on the relevant product page.
Depending on the product, appropriate precautions may include:
- keeping products away from children and pets where indicated or reasonably necessary;
- never leaving burning incense, candles, burners or other heat or flame sources unattended;
- keeping burning or heated products away from flammable materials and using them on a stable, heat-resistant surface;
- ensuring appropriate ventilation when burning incense or using fragranced products;
- following all dilution, application and safety instructions supplied with essential oils, fragrance oils or other concentrated products;
- avoiding contact with the eyes, mucous membranes or other sensitive areas unless a product is specifically intended for such use;
- not ingesting a product unless it is expressly sold and labelled by Zelyth as suitable for ingestion;
- discontinuing use where an unexpected adverse reaction occurs and seeking appropriate professional advice where necessary;
- taking particular care when products are used around children, animals, during pregnancy, or by persons with allergies, sensitivities or relevant health conditions; and
- observing any product-specific precautions stated on the packaging or product page.
Product descriptions and editorial information provided by Zelyth are intended to describe the product and its customary or intended use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
References to traditional, ritual, spiritual, aromatic or wellbeing uses describe the context or intended experience associated with a product. They should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a medical, psychological or therapeutic result.
Nothing in this section excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Returns and statutory withdrawal
Consumers purchasing at a distance may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within the period provided by applicable law.
The conditions, procedure, applicable exceptions and information about returning goods are explained in our Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
Where you wish to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision through a legally valid method within the applicable period. Our official withdrawal process and contact channels are provided in the relevant policy.
Nothing in these Terms reduces a statutory withdrawal right available to you.
Legal guarantee and conformity
Consumers purchasing goods from Zelyth benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee applicable to consumer goods.
For new consumer goods covered by Belgian legal guarantee rules, a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from delivery may fall within the statutory guarantee. Mandatory rights applicable to consumers cannot be reduced by these Terms.
A product may be non-conforming where, for example, it does not correspond to what was ordered or does not possess characteristics that a consumer may reasonably expect in light of the agreement, product description and applicable legal requirements.
Normal characteristics of natural materials, as described in the section on natural products and variations, are not automatically defects. This does not prevent you from relying on the legal guarantee where the product is genuinely non-conforming.
If you believe a product is defective or non-conforming, please contact Zelyth with your order information and a clear description of the issue. We may reasonably request photographs or other information needed to assess the reported problem.
Any commercial or manufacturer warranty offered for a particular product is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, the statutory legal guarantee.
Reviews and user content
Zelyth may allow customers to submit product reviews or other content relating to their experience.
When submitting a review, you must provide content that reflects your genuine experience and must not knowingly submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory or infringing material.
Reviews must not contain spam, malicious code, unauthorised advertising, personal data of another person that you are not entitled to publish, or content that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
Information requested specifically for the review process is used for operating and administering the review functionality and as further described in our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate, refuse or remove review content where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where content violates these Terms, applicable law, security requirements or the integrity of the review system.
We do not remove a genuine review merely because it expresses a negative opinion about a product or customer experience.
By submitting content for publication, you grant Zelyth a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce and technically adapt that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the review or website feature for which it was submitted. You retain ownership of your original content.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, discount codes, gifts, bundles or other special offers may be subject to additional conditions communicated with the relevant promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes:
- must be used within their stated validity period;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be retrospectively applied to completed orders;
- may be subject to minimum spend, product or customer eligibility requirements; and
- may not be combined with other promotions where the relevant offer states that combinations are excluded.
We may refuse or cancel the application of a promotion where there is clear fraud, manipulation, unauthorised duplication or abuse of the promotional mechanism.
Promotional conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights relating to the underlying goods purchased.
Customer accounts
You may be able to create an account to manage information such as orders, addresses and account details.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for taking reasonable steps to keep your login credentials confidential.
You must notify us if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account.
We may restrict or suspend account functionality where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful activity or serious misuse of our services. Any such action does not remove rights relating to orders or payments that have already arisen under applicable law.
Acceptable use of the website
You may use zelyth.com for lawful personal or legitimate business purposes connected with browsing, purchasing or interacting with Zelyth.
You must not intentionally:
- interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website;
- attempt to obtain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data or restricted areas;
- introduce malware, malicious code or harmful automated traffic;
- use the website to commit or facilitate fraud or another unlawful activity;
- circumvent technical restrictions or security measures;
- use automated extraction or scraping in a manner that materially disrupts our services or unlawfully reproduces protected content; or
- impersonate another person or provide deliberately false information for fraudulent purposes.
Reasonable restrictions imposed to protect the website do not affect mandatory consumer rights arising from a valid purchase.
Intellectual property
The Zelyth name, branding, website design, original photography, graphics, written content and other original materials created for Zelyth are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where such protection arises.
You may use the website for normal personal browsing and purchasing purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit or distribute Zelyth-owned content without permission except where permitted by law.
Some product names, trademarks, imagery, descriptions or other materials displayed on the website may belong to manufacturers, suppliers or other third parties. Their appearance on Zelyth does not transfer ownership of those rights to YTS Commerce.
Zelyth does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it is displayed or used with permission in connection with products offered on the website.
Third-party services and links
Certain parts of the Zelyth experience depend on third-party services, including payment providers, fulfilment partners, delivery carriers and technology providers.
Our website may also contain links to third-party websites or services. Unless otherwise stated, those external services are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms and privacy information.
Zelyth is not responsible for unrelated content or practices of an independent third-party website merely because a link to that website is provided. This does not affect responsibilities that Zelyth has as the seller in relation to your purchase.
Liability
Zelyth and YTS Commerce remain responsible where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability or consumer right that is mandatory under applicable law.
You remain responsible for using products in accordance with their intended purpose, supplied instructions, warnings and reasonable safety precautions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by use of a product contrary to clear safety instructions, deliberate misuse, unauthorised modification, or circumstances for which Zelyth is not legally responsible.
For customers acting in the course of a business, different liability rules may apply under separately agreed B2B terms or mandatory law.
Events outside our reasonable control
Events outside our reasonable control may temporarily prevent or delay performance. These can include serious transport disruption, carrier network failures, strikes, natural events, fire, widespread technical or communications failures, government measures or other exceptional circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate relevant information and resume performance where possible.
This section does not remove statutory remedies or mandatory consumer rights that apply where performance is delayed or becomes impossible.
Changes to the website and these Terms
We may update the website, our services and these Terms as our business, technology or legal obligations evolve.
The date and time displayed at the top of this page indicate when these Terms were most recently updated.
Changes to these Terms do not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights that already apply to an order concluded before the change.
Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that does not automatically make the remaining provisions invalid.
Where appropriate and legally possible, the affected provision will be treated in accordance with applicable law while the remainder of these Terms continues to apply.
Governing law
These Terms and contracts concluded with YTS Commerce through Zelyth are governed by Belgian law, subject to mandatory rules that provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you and that cannot lawfully be excluded by contractual agreement.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive access to a court or dispute-resolution mechanism that is available under mandatory applicable law.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If you experience a problem with an order, product or service, please contact Zelyth first through our official customer service channel. We ask that complaints include sufficient information to identify the relevant order and understand the issue.
We will review complaints in good faith and seek an appropriate solution in accordance with the purchase agreement and applicable law.
If you are a consumer and a dispute with YTS Commerce cannot be resolved directly, you may be able to submit the dispute to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service, subject to its applicable admissibility requirements.
Consumer Mediation Service
North Gate II
Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1

Belgium
Information about the Consumer Mediation Service and its current contact and submission methods is available through the official Belgian consumer dispute-resolution channels.
Use of an out-of-court dispute-resolution mechanism does not remove your right to seek judicial remedies where available.
Related policies
These Terms should be read together with the other policies that apply to your interaction with Zelyth, including our:
- Privacy Policy;
- Shipping Policy;
- Refund Policy;
- Cancellation Policy;
- Right of Withdrawal; and
- Cookie Policy.
Where a specific policy provides more detailed information about a particular subject, that policy should be read together with these Terms. Mandatory law takes precedence where any contractual provision conflicts with a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
